Starter Batteries
Starter type batteries are generally used for cars, minibus, midi bus, vans, pickup trucks. Battery plates are made up by using Ca-Ca technology or Hybrid Calcium technology to have a better performance in every condition. Batteries are classified as low maintenance and they only require maintenance like adding up electrolyte when the car overcharged, preventing poles from oxidation and these treatments makes your batteries life longer.

Lead Production & Sales
LEAD PRODUCTION & DISCHARGE:
Lead is the main source of battery production. Lead grids and lead monoxide are produced by using lead. In our facility, scrap batteries are collected to recycle and reuse and this process makes contribution to the national economy and protects environment from pollution. Firstly, Raw lead is obtained from scrap batteries. This raw lead is used in refinery to obtain different kinds of processed lead like;
- Lead for COS : COS lead is rich in antimony. This lead type is used for producing battery pole and junction lead between cells.
- Lead with Selenium : Another type of lead coming out of refinery is this type and used for making lead grids.
- Lead with Calcium : Like lead with selenium, this type of lead is also used for making lead grids.
Every kind of lead with different percentage of additives can be produced as a result of demands from our customers.

Oxide Production & Sales
LEAD MONOXIDE: Lead monoxide is a derivative of lead and like lead, its also the base of battery production. Its main duty in batteries is by holding to the surface of lead grids and making electron transfer between plates. The packaging is done by using air proof polypropylene sack and knitted sack and standard amount of 50kg.

LEAD GRID PRODUCTION AND DISCHARGE:
Lead grid is the skeleton body of battery that helps to active material to hold on it. Lead grids produced from lead with selenium and lead with calcium. Types of lead grids that is produced are :
- low height lead grid
- normal height lead grid
- high height lead grid
- motorcycle battery lead grid
- special high height lead grid for 128Ah battery
- special lead grid for narrow type 60Ah
